CTK Online Printing reserves the right to reject or cancel any orders that breach these terms.

All prices are quoted in Philippine Peso (₱) and may change without notice. Pricing for custom or bulk orders is subject to manual quotation. The price confirmed at the time of the order will be honored, provided no clerical error occurred.

Shipping and delivery charges are not included unless otherwise stated. The customer is responsible for booking and paying their preferred rider or courier service.

When placing an order, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information including:

• Mobile number

• Payment proof

• Pickup confirmation or rider details

By submitting this information, you confirm that:

• All details provided are accurate,

• You are authorized to use the chosen payment method,

Full payment is required before we begin printing. We accept digital payments via GCash, BDO, or other local methods as available. Orders without payment confirmation will not be processed.

CTK Online Printing is not liable for failed transactions caused by third-party payment services or user error (e.g., incorrect reference number or transfer to wrong account).

We do not offer delivery services directly. Customers must arrange their own pickup through a courier or rider of their choice.

You are responsible for:

• Sending the correct pickup details (rider name, number, app used),

• Ensuring proper labeling or order reference.

Once the order leaves our premises, the risk and responsibility are transferred to the courier or customer. CTK Online Printing will not be held liable for delays, damage, or loss incurred during third-party delivery.

Turnaround time may vary depending on order volume, complexity, and our operating hours. We aim to notify customers promptly when orders are ready.

Rush requests, last-minute changes, or cancellations are not guaranteed. Once printing has started, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

We reserve the right to delay or refuse services in events of:

• Power interruptions,

• Natural disasters,

• Equipment breakdown,

• Public health and safety issues.

• Disrespectful, entitled customers

We respect intellectual property rights and expect you to do the same. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all content submitted for printing.

We do not review or verify the legality of the content. However, we reserve the right to refuse to print materials that are:

• In violation of any local or international laws,

• Misleading, defamatory, or pornographic,

• Related to scams, fake identification, or counterfeit documents.

Submitting such materials may result in account suspension and reporting to authorities if necessary.

CTK Online Printing complies with online advertising policies enforced by platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others. We do not support misleading claims, misrepresentation, or promotion of illegal activities.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify content to align with advertising standards (e.g., blur or remove brand logos),

• Decline participation in advertising programs or sponsorships that violate our ethical or legal standards.
